Program Committee |
The Program Committee plans and establishes programs for the MHHM and for the community.

Financial Committee |
This committee has responsibility for working with the Executive Director to oversee the finances of the organization and to work on fundraising when necessary. |
Building Committee |
This committee is responsible for improving and maintaining the building at 1534 Tremont Street. They have overseen extensive renovations since the organization took control of the property, and are working to improve the back yard and to make the entire building handicapped accessible. The Building Committee is investigating renovating and expanding the building to provide improved non-profit space and housing.

Personnel Committee |
This committee oversees staff and the personnel policies of the organization. |
Health Status |
A joint committee with representatives from Brigham and Women’s Hospital, this committee assesses and evaluates health conditions, health services and health education needs in the Mission Hill community. It works with the Program Committee to develop necessary programs, as they are identified through various assessments.
